2024

Enterprise Network & Domain Setup at GNFC – 2024

In 2024, we collaborated with GNFC (Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals) to plan, configure, and implement a robust IT infrastructure tailored to their enterprise environment. Our role began with a detailed analysis of their existing network layout, identifying limitations in connectivity, system grouping, and security. We assisted in designing and deploying a new Windows Server-based domain environment, migrating users from a decentralized workgroup to a centralized Active Directory structure. We configured a department-wise LAN network topology, ensuring reliable communication between nodes and servers. Using Group Policy Objects (GPOs), we implemented access control policies, user restrictions, and system-level configurations to secure their digital environment. Additionally, we guided the team through server infrastructure planning, helping them with proper resource allocation, static IP schema design, and user account management practices. The project resulted in improved network performance, streamlined IT operations, and a scalable framework for future growth.

Cyber Café infrastructure

In 2024, we assisted one of our clients in setting up a complete Cyber Café infrastructure from the ground up. The project involved planning and implementing all essential IT components to ensure a secure, functional, and customer-friendly digital environment. We handled the procurement, installation, and configuration of client systems, established a stable LAN network, and set up internet routing with bandwidth control. A Windows Server environment was deployed to manage users and apply necessary Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for system restrictions and session control. We also installed and configured CCTV surveillance systems for security and integrated biometric devices for access and staff attendance management. Our end-to-end support ensured a smooth launch, with everything from hardware setup to secure network design tailored to meet both operational and regulatory requirements for a modern cyber café.

2025

Network & Device Configuration at Sun Pharma – 2025

In 2025, we had the opportunity to work with Sun Pharma, where we provided hands-on support to resolve key network and peripheral infrastructure issues within their premises. Our engagement began with troubleshooting persistent network instability, which was traced to unmanaged switch loops and incorrect physical layer configuration. We restructured their device connectivity, optimized port usage, and eliminated IP conflicts through proper static IP assignment and switch-side adjustments. Alongside network optimization, we configured and connected multiple network printers, ensuring seamless access across different departments. We also worked on the integration and network accessibility of CCTV surveillance systems and biometric devices, including fingerprint scanners for attendance and access control. These devices were mapped into the network securely, ensuring visibility from the central system. This project allowed us to demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting, real-time decision-making, and enterprise device management skills, resulting in a stable, efficient, and secure IT environment for Sun Pharma’s daily operations.

Hardware Repair & Troubleshooting support

Throughout 2025, we provided on-site Hardware Repair & Troubleshooting support to various small and large organizations across Vadodara and surrounding areas. Our services included diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, CCTV systems, and network components. We addressed problems such as system boot failures, RAM or hard drive malfunctions, overheating, power supply issues, and peripheral connectivity. In many cases, we replaced or upgraded faulty components and performed system optimizations to enhance performance and longevity. Beyond just repair, we offered proactive support, helping clients prevent future hardware failures through preventive maintenance and proper configuration. This ongoing field experience strengthened our hands-on expertise in multi-brand hardware environments and helped build long-term trust with local businesses through prompt, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.
